For Matt, our own hot sauce savant, it started as a dare all the way back in high school. Never satisfied with the limited options of hot sauce at the time, Matt set out to make his own and – wow – did he rock it! For years Three Saints Hot Sauce was served exclusively to friends and family until we convinced the Maestro Pimienta Hacedor to let us make Three Saints available to hot sauce lovers everywhere.
